1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ClipGen ("the Service"), operated by VAEDI Limited (Company No. 10089191). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Licence Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service. You may use scripts and content generated by the Service in your own social media and video content without restriction.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account with unauthorised parties.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, or security measures.
• Do not reverse engineer or extract the source code of the Service.
• Do not use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws.
• Do not resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.
• Do not use the Service to generate content that violates platform community guidelines or promotes harmful behaviour.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

• AI-generated scripts and captions are provided "as is" and may contain inaccuracies.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before publishing.
• We do not guarantee that generated content will improve views, engagement, or follower growth.
• You are responsible for ensuring content complies with the terms of your publishing platform (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).

6. Subscription and Payment

• Free tier usage is subject to monthly script limits.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service is owned by VAEDI Limited. Scripts and content generated for you are yours to use freely. You retain ownership of any content you submit.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• VAEDI Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
